The atmosphere is undeniably welcoming, with well-maintained grounds featuring inviting thermal pools that enhanced our relaxation. Our accommodations included a junior suite equipped with free WiFi access - a great perk for a family looking to stay connected. The suite's design was a mix of rustic charm and contemporary features, although I found the bathroom, complete with a spacious tub to fill with mineral-rich thermal water, to be a standout highlight. Dining was satisfactory, with the on-site restaurant serving local dishes, including popular regional items like cuy and trucha. While the prices were somewhat higher than local establishments, the convenience of dining on-site after a day of exploring made it worthwhile. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. Free parking added to the convenience of our stay. If you seek a tranquil retreat with a taste of local culture, this establishment could be an excellent choice.
